By using Beancan's websites, apps and services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
You may use the Services only as these Terms and the law allow. You are responsible for your account, for keeping its credentials secure, and for what is done with it.
Some features work with accounts you connect, such as Google. You choose what to allow when you connect one, and you can revoke that access at any time in that account's settings (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions). Your use of a connected service is also governed by its own terms.
You keep all rights to the content you provide or that we access on your behalf. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Services to you.
Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt them or reach data that isn't yours, and no using them to harm others.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Beancan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access to them at any time, including if these Terms are broken.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date below. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at founders@beancan.com.
